建築の建てられる環境には海や山などの自然の豊かさや、既にある街や歴史などの文化の豊かさが存在しています。これらを建築の計画に含んでいくことで、より豊かでより価値のある生活環境と営みを生み出すことが可能です。

現在建てられている多くの建築はかつての必要に応じて作られたものです。これらは狭く一時的な視点で作られたものも多く、環境や街の空間的な広がりや過去/現在/未来への持続性を必ずしも含んでいるとは限りませんでした。これから作られていくべき建築は、広がりを持った視野と現在あるいは未来の人間の営みと共に合う建築であるべきだと考えています。

我々は東京、ベルリン、パリを拠点としています。様々な生活様式、文化、歴史、宗教、言語、場所性などを相対的に観察し、多様な価値観を横断していくことで、未来に向けて豊かで創造的なその場所に合った空間を提案していきます。また、使う人々が建築に本当の意味で参加し関係を築く空間を目指すことで、建築を通して人々と環境や文化を繋げ、本質的な豊かさを生み出していくことを目標とします。

In the environment where architecture is built, there is a richness of nature, such as the ocean and mountains, and a richness of culture, such as the city and history that already exists. By including these in the planning of architecture, it is possible to create a richer and more valuable living environment and activities.

Much of the architecture being built today was created to meet a former need. Many of them were built from a narrow and temporary perspective, and did not necessarily include the spatial expansion of the environment and the city, or the sustainability of the past, present, and future. We believe that the architecture that should be created in the future should have an expansive perspective and fit in with the present and future human activities.

We are based in Tokyo, Berlin and Paris, and by traversing a variety of values, we are able to make relative observations of various lifestyles, cultures, histories, religions, languages, and places, and propose rich and creative spaces that are appropriate for each location for the future. In addition, by aiming to create spaces where people who use the architecture truly participate and build relationships with it, our goal is to connect people, the environment, and culture through architecture and to create essential richness.
